Sacred Rose
Dear Blossoming Soul,
Under the waning Gibbous moon in Libra, we focus on the theme of UNVEILING TRANQUILITY. As February draws to a close, we seek to establish an environment of tranquility that we can carry with us into the coming month of March.
In our perpetual busyness, constantly in motion from one activity to another, one responsibility to the next, we wonder: How can we, in our daily lives, establish and maintain an inner sanctum of tranquility—one that always exists within, regardless of external circumstances?
It’s easy to find peace when calm and stress are reduced or mitigated. The magic and difficulty lie in creating a space that can be sought when our lives are in turbulence. Many are grappling with depression and anxiety, despite the abundance of resources designed to simplify our lives. The answer may seem straightforward, yet its execution isn’t always easy.
As we seek tranquility, it’s essential to ensure our bodies are adequately rested, to find space for movement, to immerse ourselves in nature, to take time to connect with people we care about, and to limit screen time.
Today I challenge you to prioritize these practices of self-care and to pause within your day to meditate and be accompanied by the aroma of roses. This is one of the first things I do once return home and have completed my evening chores. I light some incense and take intentional time to pause and meditate on gratitude, creating a space of peace and calm. I invite you to do the same.
By establishing this environment of peace and serenity, we lay the foundation for the smooth transition into the new month and beyond.
