Day 28: Waxing Gibbous in Leo

Sacred Rose

Dear Blossoming Soul,

This month has been a journey.

I once thought this would be something I did alone, even while sharing it with others. I was proud of creating the Sacred Rose journal. This is my third year following the phases of the moon and the blooming rose as a way of learning how to love myself more fully, deeply, completely.

Because love should always begin with giving it to yourself.

And I’m realizing how often that hasn’t felt safe for me.

One of my biggest revelations this year is this:
I give love easily.
Abundantly.
Without hesitation.

But giving it to myself is harder.

Receiving it?
Even harder.

So today, I release the ways I’ve been getting in my own way.

The comforts and routines that became barriers.
The spaces I filled because emptiness scared me.
The ways I acted alone when I wasn’t.
The comparisons.
The over-planning.
The armor.

I leave it here.

And today, I choose something else.

I receive.

I receive support.
I receive love.
I receive what is offered without brushing it off.

I receive it all.

This is the tending today.

Daily Oracle Card

The final oracle of the month is ROSE WITHOUT THRONES.

Her medicine today feels simple and profound:
I have the right to joy.
To peace.
To the sweetness of life.

What a beautiful way to close this journey.

She feels like an invitation for me to soften.
To gently remove the spikes I’ve grown as armor.
The small defenses that once kept me safe, but now sometimes keep love at a distance.

Not every hand that reaches for me comes to harm.
Some come only to enjoy the beauty.
The scent.
The presence of the bloom.

Rose Without Thorns asks me to trust that.

She invites me to dive into the sweetness of my life.
To rest in softness.
To inhabit my body with pleasure and reverence.
To let myself enjoy being alive.

This is a call for me to taste what’s here.
To drink it in.
To stop rationing joy.

I deserve every drop.
