Have you committed to perpetual growth, friend?
The kind that has you striving for the kind of evolution that requires shedding again, and again, and again.
A commitment to growth can come at a price, however.
There will be people who cannot or will not grow with you.
People who are stuck and stagnant. People who are content playing small or being victims.
Happy being the caterpillar.
This is not the path of the brave.
The brave are going to make themselves brand new every day.
Each version better, stronger, more resilient than the previous one.
Striving to be the butterfly.
Know, friend, that you are meant for so much more than the life of a caterpillar.
As you work towards this end find people to surround yourself with who can do two things as you progress along your journey of consistent renewal.
First, they must also be on their own journey of forward momentum.
Not stuck, stagnant, content with the mundane, or easily caught up in the trivial.
We don’t live there, friend.
Magic dances, and that’s the world we thrive in, one in which we can fly.
Secondly, they must be willing and able to meet each new version of you – just as you meet each new version of them.
What a beautiful life this can be.
One of momentum, power, and renewal.
This is a life lived that shows evidence of thriving and not merely surviving.
One in which the caterpillar willing to put in the work, effort and energy into growth becomes the butterfly amongst butterflies.
Always,
Your Trusted Friend ♥
