Finding Wholeness in Breath

There are moments in life when you encounter an experience so profound, it alters you at your core.

For me, this was my recent Breathwave session at an event called Good Medicine, facilitated by Patrick and his incredible team. In that sacred, welcoming space, I connected with myself in a way I had never thought possible—deeply, fully, and unapologetically.

For the first time in my life, I felt what it means to truly inhabit my body, not just in fragments but in totality. With each breath, I became aware of the energetic pulse that moves through me, from my toes to my fingers, from my heart to my head.

I wasn’t just existing; I was embodying myself.

Every part of me, long scattered and disconnected, didn’t come together like pieces of a puzzle; instead, it felt like an expansion—a soft blooming within, allowing my true self to emerge and unfold.

It was an experience of wholeness—like every breath carried me deeper into my being, filling spaces I didn’t even realize were empty.

And in that fullness, a simple yet profound realization emerged: I am enough. Just as I am. The stillness I found wasn’t vacant or passive; it was alive with meaning.

A quiet, steady knowing that simply being is enough.

I also realized how often I direct my love outward. During the session, I felt this overwhelming flood of love for my daughter, my best friend, and those closest to me. And then, something clicked—I needed to show this same love to myself. It was as if a mirror turned inward, and I saw clearly how deserving I am of that same level of care and compassion.

To love others so deeply means to also love myself with equal ferocity.

Breathwave allowed me to rewrite the script I had carried for years, the one that questioned my worth, my belonging, and my purpose. In that one hour, I came face-to-face with my own worthiness. I affirmed my place in this world—not because of what I do or how I perform, but simply because I am.

As I lay there, bathed in waves of joy and a sense of inner peace, tears filled my eyes.

These weren’t tears of sadness but of gratitude, of being overwhelmed by the beauty of what it means to truly be alive, to truly be.

I left the session not just lighter, but with a deeper sense of purpose. I now understand that my purpose is not something I have to chase or perform for—it’s to be.

To show up in the world as my authentic self, with love, clarity, and a deep sense of peace. Breathwave was a catalyst for that understanding, and I am forever grateful for the experience.

If you’re interested in experiencing this profound journey for yourself, I highly recommend connecting with Patrick and his team. They create a sacred space for healing and transformation through their breathwork sessions. You can learn more and find their offerings here.

Always,

Your Trusted Friend ♥
