April brings growth, nurturing, and the archetype of the Gardener—one who tends to what is becoming, trusting that what is planted will bloom in its own time. Growth is not just about action—it’s also about patience. About knowing when to step in and when to step back, when to cultivate and when to allow.
The Gardener does not rush; they trust in the unseen work beneath the surface.
My tarot card for April is The High Priestess, a stark shift from February’s Emperor. Where the Emperor is structure, order, and forward motion, The High Priestess is something altogether different—an inward turning, a listening, a quiet trust.
She does not chase, she does not force. She does not need answers to act because she already knows.
She is a challenge to embody. She is both softness and strength—not balancing them, but embodying them as one. There is no war within her, no second-guessing or searching for approval. She moves from an unshakable place of knowing. She trusts the timing of things, even when they are unclear.
This month, she asks me to do the same. To listen—not just to what is loud and obvious, but to what is whispering beneath the surface. To honor the knowledge that doesn’t come in words, the gut feeling, the quiet certainty that doesn’t need external validation. Not everything needs immediate understanding. Some answers come in layers. Some things are still forming.
She reminds me that I don’t have to force things into place. I don’t have to chase, prove, or push. The things that are meant for me will arrive in their own time, and when they do, I will already know. My only task is to remain open. To trust. To listen.
April is a month of deepening rather than striving. Of tuning in rather than seeking out. Of letting things unfold rather than making them happen. It is a time to move as The High Priestess does—aware, intuitive, and unwavering in the quiet truth that everything I need is already within me.
This month, I’ll be asking: Where am I being invited to trust more deeply? What is quietly growing beneath the surface of my life? And how can I tend to it without forcing it into bloom?

Always,
Your Trusted Friend ❤︎
“The Quiet Bloom Spread” Tarot Spread

Try a three-card spread is inspired by this month’s theme, “April: Attuning to Knowing”. Rooted in the archetypes of The Gardener and The High Priestess, this spread is about trusting timing, listening within, and nurturing what’s quietly becoming.
Pull your cards in a quiet space where you can listen inward. Journal your responses to the questions before you even turn your cards over—then reflect on how the cards deepen, challenge, or affirm what you wrote.
🕯️ Ritual Suggestion:
Write down your three card pulls and then journal a single sentence that starts with:
“I trust…”
Let the energy of the spread guide what flows from that place of quiet knowing.
