Losing Your Leaves

There is a wonderful feeling in calling people and things into your life which encourage you to bloom.

But, what happens when you feel yourself starting to wither and the signs arrive telling you that it’s time to let something go?

Held Hostage

We hold ourselves hostage in so many areas of our lives.

Locking ourselves away in mental prisons.

Prisons erected within our own minds, carefully built stone by stone from the wreckage of the failures of our past, the heavy stones of overwhelming anxiety that comes from the things we cannot change, and mortar of debilitation caused by the unknown.

Let Go, Hold On

Maybe I speak too boldly, assuming others suffer from the same debilitating fear that I do, but I don’t think so… and if this resonates with you at all, friend, I invite you to let go with me. Let go of the fear, the worry, the anxiety and insecurity. Let go of the doubt, the uncertainty, the hesitation, and anything that holds you back and prevents you from grabbing hold off whatever it is you are afraid to grasp.
